Who are these courses for?
Many students joining courses in the School of Creative Studies are building on experience gained at school or through personal interests developed in their own time.

What kind of learning environment will I be learning in?
The spacious, purpose-built studios filled with natural light offer the ideal space for creative people to nurture their ideas. The design students have access to the Apple Mac computer suite.

What kind of real life experience will I get through these courses?
Creative courses are very much about practising what you learn - graphic designers will design their own posters, leaflets, logos, packaging and layouts; fashion students will design, cut and sew their own garments from start to finish.

What would these courses qualify me to do?
Competition for creative jobs can be tough - and a good qualification will put you ahead of other candidates. Many of the qualifications will also enable you to go on to higher study - BTEC National Diploma students often go on to university after getting good results in their courses.

Can I study these subjects as university-level Higher Education qualifications at Uxbridge College?
Uxbridge College School of Creative Studies offers the following full-time Higher Education qualification:

  • Fashion Degree - Year 0
