Who are these courses for?

What kind of environment will I be learning in?
The School of Creative Studies Performing Arts Section has fully professional facilities including rehearsal studios and a 100-seater theatre, complete with professional sound and lighting facilities at the Hayes Community Campus. Courses for actors, dancers, musicians, stylists and technicians take place at Hayes. The Music Lab is fully equipped with keyboards and Apple Mac G5 computers with the latest software such as Logic Express 8, Propellerheads Recycle 2.1, Waves Native Gold Bundle, East West QLSO Gold Bundle virtual instrument software, Spectrasonics Atmosphere virtual instrument software, Sound Technology Music Key and many more. The school also has its own live industrial standard recording studio.
What kind of real life experience will I get through these courses?
Creative courses are very much about learning through doing and Performing Arts students are involved with a number of productions throughout their course. These performances range from street theatre to secondary and primary school touring shows to large-scale theatre-based productions, such as the forthcoming production of "Oh What a Lovely War" to be staged at the Questors Theatre, Ealing in June (5th-7th). There are also opportunities for beginners to study all aspects of the performance industry.
