Our Courses

Academic courses - A comprehensive programme of GCSEs and A Levels is offered through the College's Academy. Advanced Subsidiary (AS) is the first half of the A Level and a qualification in its own right, and A2 is the second half. We encourage students to join a four AS Level programme, which normally narrows down to three A2s, but variations to this are possible.

Vocational courses - These may suit young people if they have a career in mind and want to pursue a work-related qualification. There is a wide range of qualifications at Levels 1 to 3 that involve a mixture of practical work and theory and these often include work experience. Level 3 vocational provision e.g. BTEC National Diplomas (as well as A Levels) count towards UCAS points required for entry to Higher Education.
