Hayes
Hayes Community Campus is part of a complex which includes a health centre, a recreation ground with play equipment, affordable housing and a day centre for the elderly. It was the result of the College, local authority, health services and voluntary organisations working together to develop a centre for everyone in the Hayes community. The College features more of the practical based leisure and art disciplines.
Dance Studios & Theatre
The Performing Arts school contains two fully equipped dance studios, purpose-built with sprung floors, dances bars and mirrors, where all styles and genres of dance from ballet to hip hop; contemporary to classic, are delivered by a team of choreographers, teachers and professional dancers.
The Studio Theatre is a highly flexible performance space, possessing a multi-media capability, a full lighting and sound rig, capable of accommodating proscenium, traverse, in the round and promenade productions.
Uxbridge College Nursery
The nursery is for children aged from three months to five years and accepts applications from parents studying at the campus and the local community. The nursery has a Level 2 Quality Counts Award from the National Day Nurseries Association, which indicates a high level of quality, two levels above the Ofsted standard required. Help with funding for one of the 52 places at the nursery may be available.
