Uxbridge College students took part in filming for BBC's Revealed show, due to be broadcast on Saturday 16 May.
Students from Performing Arts, Beauty Therapy and Catering and Hospitality were quizzed on their attitude towards personal appearance by presenter Charlotte Ashton.
The BBC show covers subjects of interest to 12-17 year olds, and filming took part in the student lounge at the Hayes Community Campus.
Stephanie Garland, Section Manager for Performing Arts at Uxbridge College, said: "This was an invaluable opportunity for students to get experience of how real media operate and it was a privilege to get a chance to work with the BBC. Those who took part had a great time and learned a lot about what is involved in filming a television show."
