Who is the course for

Indulge in a day of chocolate delights! Our qualified chef and tutor will guide you through

the method and presentation of some of the most delicious chocolate dessert recipes, from

chocolate truffles to melt in the middle chocolate fondants to real hot chocolate that could

melt anyone’s heart. You will prepare and cook all the dishes under the guidance of the tutor

who will also give demonstrations beforehand and take home a recipe pack.
