Who is the course for

This is a real hands on one day course focusing on good, simple, fresh ingredients that are at

the heart of good Italian cooking. Our skilful chef will take you step by step through making

a classic tomato sauce, a basil pesto and traditional Tiramisu to list just a few. Learn how to

produce a three course Italian meal that you can feel confident in preparing and cooking for

your friends and family like a true Italian. You will prepare and cook all the dishes under the

guidance of the tutor who will also give demonstrations beforehandand take home a recipe
