Who is the course for

Our qualified chef and tutor will guide you through the methods of cooking your favourite

Sunday roast. You will prepare and cook all the dishes under the guidance of the tutor who will

also give demonstrations beforehand. Learn how to produce seasonal vegtables, homemade

gravy and all the tips of the trade. By the end of the course you will have a portfolio of recipes to

enable you to cook them individually at your leisure.
