This course is for students who intend to gain an understanding of, and the skills required for, the manufacturing industry.Course Content
Mandatory units:- Working safely and effectively in engineering
- Interpreting and using engineering information
- Mathematics for engineering technicians.
- Applied electrical and mechanical science for engineering
- Using computer aided drawing techniques in engineering
- Selecting and using secondary machining techniques to remove material
- Electronic circuit construction
- Application of quality control and measurement in engineering.
