Course Content

The course covers the following units:
  • Health, safety and good housekeeping
  • Knowledge of support for job roles in the automotive work environment
  • Materials, fabrication, tools and measuring devices
  • Locating and correcting simple electrical faults
  • Enhancing vehicle electrical systems
  • Inspecting vehicle using prescribed methods
  • removing and replacing light vehicles electrical units and components.
Help with study skills, exams techniques, mathemtics and English is available if required.
