Christopher Dawson, an Uxbridge College Apprentice, was praised for his professionalism and commitment at the British Security Industry Association’s Annual Lunch and Awards on 13 July. The BSIA’s national awards recognise the hard work and dedication of apprentices in the security industry and Chris, who is an apprentice with Crozet Alarms, was praised for his ability to relate the learning from his course and apply it to real working examples. He was presented with his award by Lynne Featherstone the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Equalities and Criminal Information.

We offer a range of City & Guilds courses covering CCTV, Fire Alarm and Detection and Intruder Alarms suitable for those already working in the industry and for those keen to pursue a career in security systems.

Once qualified you can progress to running your own jobs, specifying the best equipment to meet the clients’ requirements. There are opportunities for further, specialist training and you can progress to supervisory and management roles.
