Teacher Training
I had 14 years of teaching experience abroad and chose to qualify to work in the UK, at Uxbridge College, when I moved here with my family.
As I was also working it has been hard to study as well, but the support I have got from my tutors has really helped.
The facilities at the College are fantastic and I have really enjoyed studying here. With my teaching qualification, I can now look to move up in my career and earn a better salary.
I would recommend the experience to anyone – not only is it a stepping stone to a better job, it also gives you great personal satisfaction.
Uxbridge College offers courses to help gain nationally recognised teacher training qualifications, including those leading to fully qualified status for the sector. There is a wide range of courses available including generic teacher training courses and teaching English (ESOL/EFL) courses.
All our courses are part-time with an additional teaching practice element.
