Training Quality Standard
The Training Quality Standard is given only to the best
This year, Uxbridge College has retained the Training Quality Standard (TQS) that it originally achieved in 2008, but what does this accreditation mean and how can it have an impact on your business?
What is the Training Quality Standard?
The Training Quality Standard recognises and celebrates the best organisations delivering training to employers. The standard highlights high quality, high impact training, by looking at the organisation's responsiveness, flexibility, expertise and commitment to continuous improvement.
What does this mean for your business?
The TQS Assessment framework was developed in consultation with over 600 employers nationwide, to find out what was most important to them when buying training. This means you can be sure a TQS accredited provider knows what really matters to your business.
Why your business should work with Uxbridge College
The TQS is awarded to training providers that manages its services to ensure a high quality customer experience to each employer they work with, this means Uxbridge College:
- Assesses and responds to employers 'needs
- Achieves solutions for employers
- Delivers excellent training that is flexible and has an impact on your business
- Commits to continuous improvement and quality
- Provides training endorsed by those that already receive it.
"Part of the reason we have achieved the TQS is because 150 of the employers we provide training for were asked whether they would recommend Uxbridge College - and they did. Achieving this kite mark is a real endorsement of the work we have been doing to support employers. It shows we have listened to what employers want and responded to provide the kind of training they need"
Laraine Smith, Principal of Uxbridge College
"Training is essential to any successful enterprise and we are determined to make high quality skills training accessible for all. The new standard highlights excellence in provider responsiveness and will be a mark that employers can trust."
