Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974Please read the following carefully, and complete as appropriate. (Failure to provide details of convictions or cautions may result in dismissal from the College). This Act allows some criminal convictions to lapse after certain periods of time. When this happens such convictions are called 'spent' and a person with such a conviction is not generally required to supply information about it to a prospective employer.
