Advice and Guidance
Our Careers Guidance services staff can provide individual support to you with career planning and progressing to higher level courses.
Comprehensive careers libraries are available in the Learning Centres, providing a wide range of:
* course guides
* HE prospectuses
* careers information.
A host of computer-aided programmes ensure you have the latest technology and information at your fingertips.
You can see a careers adviser at any time during your course.
You may think that the course you have chosen isn't the right one for you or you may simply need some advice on the next step and help or support with application forms.
When you are coming to the end of your studies, we offer support in finding suitable employment opportunities and advice on the completion of application forms, letter writing and compiling your CV.
Information about holiday and gap-year work can be found in our careers libraries and local employment vacancies are posted on the student intranet.
