Indian head massage, making your own nutritious pizzas, and sampling healthy but delicious food were some of the many activities on offer during Healthy College Week.
The event - which also featured a student dressed as a giant tomato and a stand-off between a banana and a Mars Bar - was held to encourage students and staff alike at Uxbridge College to learn healthier habits for the future.
In a performance by theatre studies students, the banana was pitted against the Mars Bar - with the fruit winning hands down.
Refectory staff were also on hand, to offer students the chance to taste some of the healthy low-fat meals on offer - and try out some new meals expected to be introduced in the future.
Promoting the importance of exercise, awareness of how alcohol affects people, and sexual health were also on the agenda.
Police also visited the College to talk about the importance of personal safety, including keeping safe on the streets and while out socialising.
Catherine Mosdell, Student Support Manager, said: "The message was how to fit a healthy lifestyle into your lifestyle - small changes can make a big difference.
"A lot of the activities were fun and interesting and I think many of us are starting to realise that healthy living isn't just a boring chore but reaps benefits too."
