Pupils from schools in Ealing and Hillingdon boroughs picked up awards for their achievements after following vocational courses at Uxbridge College.
Among those presenting the awards were Adam Bowden, who runs for Great Britain and is currently working towards gaining a place on the Olympic squad.
Pupils from 17 schools have studied the vocational subjects alongside their GCSE curriculum at school in the last year, on the School Link programme.
The School Link award ceremony was held at Hillingdon Athletics Stadium, Uxbridge, on 7 May.
Among those pupils who won prizes were:
Jagdeep Singh Guray (15), Guru Nanak School, Hayes, on the Motor Vehicle Vocational Preparation Course. His award, for Most Improved for becoming more confident and wanting to get involved in all aspects of his course, was presented by Adam Bowden.
Alex Reynolds (16), of Swakeleys School, Hilingdon, who studied childcare on a Princes Trust XL programme at Uxbridge College. She won a Star Award for her determination to achieve at a high standard, and was also presented with her Bronze Asdan award and a Best Attendance award.
Courses offered through the School Link programme included hairdressing, health and social care, motor vehicle mechanics, childcare, sport, and electronic engineering.
